You’ll enjoy musical performances, book giveaways, and more as we celebrate the rich cultural heritage of our state over a shared meal together. The afternoon’s program will culminate with the very special presentation of the 2023 John Tyler Caldwell Award for the Humanities to author, activist, and musician Clyde Edgerton. As a lifelong storyteller, Clyde will close out the program with a memorable musical performance.
Come for an unforgettable experience! We hope you will join us in support of NC Humanities’ work to expand understanding, respect, and empathy for each other’s stories and experiences in communities around the state.
