Come learn about Fayetteville State University’s 1963 Civil Rights movement that desegregated downtown in a presentation by Dr. Francena Turner of FSU, followed by a talk on the desegreagtion of Fort Bragg schools by Professor Charles Anderson. This program is part of Voices and Votes: Democracy in America exhibition. Voices and Votes: Democracy in America is part of Museum on Main Street, a collaboration between the Smithsonian Institution and the North Carolina Humanities.
