Celebrate Our Reopening with the Doctor Is In!
After months of renovations, the Dr. M.T. Pope House Museum will reopen to the public! Join us for a special program and learn about medicine in the 19th and early 20th centuries. This free program will focus on the lives of Black medical practitioners and patients as they seek to heal and be healed despite glaring inequality. This program is in partnership with the Shaw University Archives.
